Why this matters more than it seems

Most buyers see your home online before they ever stand in it. The photographs are the first showing. A home that is prepped well does not just photograph better — it tells a story a buyer can picture themselves inside. That is what we are building here.

What we will ask you to do

A short list, and none of it is heavy lifting. We would rather you focus on a handful of things that matter than exhaust yourself on things that do not show up in a photo.

• Clear the counters. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces photograph best nearly empty. Boxes are fine — this is the beginning of your move anyway.
• Depersonalize, gently. Family photos and very personal items come down, so a buyer can imagine their life here instead of studying yours.
• Deep clean, or let us arrange it. Clean reads as cared-for in every single frame. We have trusted cleaners if you would like us to handle it.
• Open it up. On shoot day we want lights on and blinds open — but a walk-through beforehand to spot burnt-out bulbs helps enormously.
• The yard counts too. A mowed lawn, trimmed edges, and a clear entry make the exterior shot — often the first one a buyer sees — do its job.

What we handle

Plenty. You are not doing this alone. We identify the three to five features of your home that will become the hero images, recommend any staging that fits the buyer we are targeting, and coordinate every vendor and appointment. If something is better left to a professional, we will say so and arrange it.
