Phase Two · Shoot day to go-live

Picture day, then launch.

This is the day your home becomes a listing. Our team captures it the way a buyer will fall for it — and then we build everything around those images and set your go-live date.

What happens on shoot day

Our photographer and videographer arrive with a plan already in hand — a shot list built specifically for your home. Expect roughly one to two hours. We shoot the exterior, work through the interior in a natural story order, and capture drone and video where it adds something. Your only job is to have the home ready and then stay out of the frame.

The video is not a slideshow of rooms. It is a short film of what your home is for — the light at the right hour, the flow from front door to backyard, the details that make it yours.

How to have it ready

From shoot to go-live

Once we have the images, we build the marketing — the listing description, the campaign, the flyers, the property page. Then we set your launch date. We go live on a Thursday, deliberately: buyer traffic online and in person peaks Thursday through Sunday, so we launch straight into the busiest window of the week.

Just before launch, we build quiet anticipation — a coming-soon push to our network and to neighbors, so that when your home goes live, there is already an audience waiting for it.
