The photos are the first showing
By the time a buyer stands in your home, they have already decided whether they like it — from the photographs. That makes preparation one of the highest-return things we do together. A well-prepared home does not just look better; it tells a story the right buyer can step into.
We identify the three to five features of your home that will become the hero visuals — and we build the preparation around making those shine.
What we will ask of you
- Clear the surfaces. Counters and shelves photograph best nearly empty. Boxes are fine — this is the start of your move anyway.
- Depersonalize, gently. So a buyer can picture their life here instead of studying yours.
- Deep clean. Clean reads as cared-for in every frame. We can arrange trusted vendors if you would like.
- Handle the small repairs. The burnt-out bulb, the sticky drawer — small things that quietly signal a well-kept home.
- Do not forget the exterior. The first photo a buyer sees is often the front of the house.
What we handle
You are not doing this alone. We recommend the staging that fits your buyer, coordinate every vendor and appointment, and tell you honestly which few things move the needle and which are not worth your energy. If something is better left to a professional, we will say so and arrange it.
What you will receive
- A simple staging and photo-prep checklist
- A recommended vendor list — cleaners, stagers, handymen, landscapers
- The three to five hero features we build the shoot around
